I am Board Certified in both Family Nurse Practitioner and Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner. I am currently practicing Child and Adult Psychiatry at Oswego Hospital in New York and Family Nurse practitioner doing House Calls with United Healthcare. I own my own practice based in Fayetteville, New York and practice telemedicine. For my patients, I desire to travel with them on their journey as they navigate their way through life and to use the talent that I am given to help them find their way to self-realization and most importantly, peace.

Mindfulness Therapy
Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT) is a specialized form of cognitive-behavioral therapy designed to help individuals with emotional regulation, interpersonal issues, and self-destructive behaviors. It is particularly effective for conditions like Borderline Personality Disorder (BPD), self-harm, and chronic emotional dysregulation. Patient centered therapy
Patient-Centered Therapy is an approach that prioritizes the individual’s experiences, needs, and feelings, creating a compassionate and non-judgmental environment. Developed by Carl Rogers, it emphasizes empathy, active listening, and unconditional positive regard to build a strong therapeutic alliance. This type of therapy fosters self-awareness, personal growth, and emotional healing.

People with BPD often experience rapid mood changes and fear of abandonment. The condition can lead to self-harming behaviors and chronic feelings of emptiness.
